PRIVACY & YOUR CHOICES

How information is handled when you use AI Prompt Foundry.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

This policy applies to aipromptfoundry.com. It explains the information involved in browsing the site, using its browser features and contacting the site operator. For questions or a privacy request, use our Contact page.

Information you provide

When you send the contact form, you provide your name, email address and message. We use those details to read your request, respond and manage related correspondence. Please do not submit passwords, payment information or sensitive personal information.

If you use WordPress registration or sign-in, the site processes the account details you submit and authentication information needed to manage access. An account is not required to browse the public prompt library.

Technical information

Hosting and security services can process connection information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps and error logs to deliver the site, diagnose problems and protect it against abuse. Information you send through forms may also pass through our hosting and email service providers.

Local browser storage

The light/dark setting and saved prompt identifiers are stored locally in your browser. My library is a browser-based favourites list, not a cross-device account library. Clearing site storage or using a different browser can remove or change this list. Searching and filtering the library happens in the page; we do not operate a dedicated search-history or prompt-copy tracking feature in the current library interface.

Cookies and similar technologies

WordPress can use cookies for authentication and other enabled functions. Browser storage is also used for appearance and favourites. See our Cookie Policy for how to manage these technologies.

Advertising, including Google AdSense

The site may display third-party advertising when advertising services are enabled. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s previous visits to this website or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to show ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the internet.

You can manage personalised advertising through Google My Ad Center. You can also learn about participating vendors’ choices at YourAdChoices. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy. Advertising providers’ practices and your available choices depend on which services are enabled and your location.

This disclosure does not mean that Google AdSense is approved or active on the site. Where a consent message is displayed, use its controls to review available vendors, accept or decline optional purposes, or change your choices.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to operate and secure the website, answer messages, maintain account access where used and, when enabled, deliver and measure advertising. Service providers may process information for those functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or to protect the site and its users. Following a third-party link takes you to a separate service governed by its own policy.

Retention and security

Browser preferences remain until you clear them or the browser removes them. Correspondence, account records and technical logs are retained for the purposes described above and applicable operational or legal needs. No online service can promise absolute security.

Your requests and choices

You can clear browser storage, manage cookies and use advertising preference controls. You can also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply. We may need information to verify a request and may retain records where legally required. Local-only saved prompts can be removed by clearing this site’s browser storage.

Children

The library is intended for a general creator audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

Policy updates

We may update this page as the site changes. The date above identifies the latest revision.
